Requesting password be reset

    I could not remember password. Requested password be reset. Reset password. Signed in using new password and it is telling me I am Suspended.

    I have checked your account augustajcc and see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I have checked your forms and see that they are normal and clean now. I have activated your account and you should be able to login to your account. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

    Thank you very much. I was able to sign into my JotForm account using the newly created password.
