I am no longer being prompted to enter a KEY and I had uploaded the incorrect file. I cannot view any of the forms on my computer and for some reason, clearing the cookies isn't working properly. How can I upload the correct key to access the forms?

Please take note that the Form Encryption should be enabled for the upload wizard to pop-up on the Submissions page.
I suggest you turn off the Form Encryption first. Log out from JotForm and then restart your browser. After that, log back into JotForm and then turn on the Form Encryption. Go to the Submissions page and the upload wizard should appear.
If not, then please try using another browser.
