Is it possible to limit the number of items for the products in purchase order?

Now my client is asking, can we set a limit on the FREE items, so the employee can only order ONE and not multiple FREE items? They can order as many as they want of the PURCHASE items.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the products are configured using a Purchase order field on the form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the limit for a number of products in a purchase order. However, you may set a limit for the submissions by using unique submissions based on a field such as email address, etc.
