    Our application forms are no longer being directed to my email after our customer's complete them. How do I get it to do this again?

    I have checked your recipient email address and seems like emails are successfully sent, you could also check your email history on your end, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    I would suggest you to check your spam/junk folder, may be that your emails ended up there, you could also add the JotForm senders to your contacts list so they not get blocked. 

    You should also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, so emails do not get blocked, you will find such info on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
