Form is not mobile responsive

    it's not responsive. how do i get it to work on mobile?

    I was able to replicate the issue when I adjusted the browser window on my desktop computer. Here's a screenshot:

    Please try to add the Mobile Responsive widget to your form. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
