Submission taking too long

Regarding my form: "Bookkeeping for Small Businesses Workshop and Q&A", the "Submit Form" processing, to get to the payment screen is taking too long or not at all, where it was not earlier today.  I am not sure it if is a form thing or something with my website. Thank you for your assistance.

I did a test submission to your form direct link (http://www.jotform.us/form/71917005444150) and my test submission went through successfully. I was not able to replicate the issue using the form direct link.
