My client is getting notifications upon uploading a file pretty quickly, but we are sometimes not getting notified or the are taking a long time to get to us. Â Typically like an hour. Â Am I missing something?

I did a test submission to your form and I have received the autoresponder properly. I also checked your email history logs and I can see that you also received the notification email properly. Here's a screenshot:

I also checked your email address and it is not landed on our bounce list. If the issue persists, please try using your own STMP settings as a Sender Email. Here's a guide:Â https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
