Form conditions don't work

    Hi, I have an issue with this form: https://form.jotform.com/50098318173254

    Some conditions stopped working overnight. Field update with the wrong data. I have checked all the conditions and they are ok, still the data is wrong.

    Would emptying the form cache help or do you need more details about the problem?

    I cleared your form cache. Please check if conditions are now working properly. 

    I also inspected your conditions and I saw that 4 conditions are set for fields that are removed form the form.

    I would suggest you to disable or delete this conditions. 

    If the issue still persist please provide us more details about your problem.
