Which plan is best for us?

I believe I mistakenly signed up for a higher level of jotform that we need. I do not think that we warrant a $19 per month subscription. Do you mind looking at our usage and letting me know if that is the best level for us?

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription plan. As we see the account usage there are no submissions received for the current month and there are only 2 form views. If you are okay with 100 form submissions and 1000 form views in a month, you may consider downgrading your account to Free. If you need more than 100 submissions, you may upgrade the account later as per your requirement. 

Please note that the forms from Free account will be displaying JotForm banner. Also, free accounts are limited to have only 5 forms in the account. Since you have 13 forms in the account, you'll not be able to create new forms in the account. But the existing forms should be working fine.
