Submission stuck on "Please wait" screen

    Good day,

     

    I have embedded the form I created in one of my mobile sites. The problem with this contact form is that once I press the submit button, it freezes on the "Please wait" screen and it does not redirect to my thank you page I created. Please check it out.

    Hi,

    Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code generated by JotForm? Here's a guide on how to get that code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. 

    Let us know if that works.
