    Hi,

We are trying to create a form that our customer in reception fill out upon arrival and then hit "save or submit" which then returns to a new blank form for the next customer.

I have linked it to our dropbox that then saves that form as a PDF in there, but we then want the option for our staff to re-open the form and carry on editing and adding information to it. Is that possible?

Also when it saves the PDF to dropbox, it currently saves as a long number which ae are not sure what that coresposncdes too, is there a way it can save it as part of the forms data, e.g Customer Name.

It is indeed possible to re-open forms and edit their data, please see the guides below for full information:

As for the PDF name, unfortunately, it is not possible to change as it is automatically generated and cannot be edited. Let us know if you need any further help.
