How to add a part to the form which we need to fulfill it by hand?

My form has a 'please leave blank' section at the end, however when I print the form, I want to be able to see the questions so we can fill them in by hand, is this possible?

I have checked your form named "MISSION MARS NEW EMPLOYEE DETAILS FORM" and seen this situation.

Actually, when you print the whole form, the fields will be available on the form. So, you can fulfill the fields by hand. If in this case, I recommend you add a PRINT button to the form as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms 

I have seen that you have set those fields as READ-ONLY. I assume that you wanted to say "When we print the form submissions, we want to fulfill those fields." If in this case, you need to disable "Hide Empty Fields" option in the submissions page as seen below:
