DunbartonSamplesAsked on July 12, 2017 at 8:55 AM
Good morning. We currently have two jot forms hosted by a third party that originally built our website. Since then I have migrated our website and hosting. The original person said I could keep the two jot forms on their account for free. Now they are wanting to charge me a huge price. I built the original form under their account. So feel like its mine. When I create my own account, can I transfer the jot form or will I have to build from scratch?
Any advice would be great!

Dear Mandie,
We should be very glad to assist you to transfer froms from one account to another, however, the request must come from the origin account holder. Please have the account holder of the above indicated form to contact us and request to transfer forms to your account.
Thank you and Regards.

The form account owner should be the one requesting to move the forms to your account.
You can also copy the form so you do not need to start from scratch. To copy a form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Also, there are 3 ways to move or transfer forms. Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
I hope that helps.
