Is it possible to keep my old links?

We just changed our username and noticed all the previously created forms' links have also been changed: 

Old Username: NSF_FrictionMaterial

ex) https://secure.jotformpro.com/NSF_FrictionMaterial/NSF_FMR_ECMF

New Username: NSFInternational

ex) https://secure.jotformpro.com/NSFInternational/NSF_FMR_ECMF

We now have partners with broken links to the forms. Are you able to redirect the old link with the outdated username to the new link? If not, do you see any feasible solution to the issue?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retain the old links once the username is changed. It is required to change the URLs with the new username. Otherwise, you may consider changing the username to the old one.
