since a couple of weeks I can't: 1. preview my forms; 2. fill in the forms. when I share the link and try to open it it doesn't work. I can only create and edit.

Hi Nick, I cleared the cache but it did not solve the problem. I have the same problem with another browser in the same computer. Attached a screenshot of when I'm trying to preview the form (Capture1) and one when I try to open the form from its link (Capture 2)

As my colleague mentioned, I just checked your account and I couldn't reproduce the issue, I was able to open all your forms, using different browsers, all seems fine.
It could be a local network or computer issue, can you please try opening the form from a different network/device? As there's nothing wrong on our end.

indeed it seems to be a local network issue, since I can open the forms from a different network. Do you have any suggested on what might block jotform?

It could be a proxy set in your network, or some DNS, do you have any network admin that could check for you?
You can check if you run through proxy by pasting this in your Chrome browser: chrome://net-internals/#proxy
It should show Auto-detect.
And here is how to check DNS on your computer https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-change-dns-servers-in-windows-7-2626271, but I would be careful in changing anything there since it can affect your network.
So the best would be to check with any relevant person who set up the network.
