Take photo widget not allowing to switch to rear camera

Our app seems to have updated and now we can only use front facing cameras if you allow app permission to use camera. How can we resolve this issue?

I have checked your JotForm on my mobile phone and see that the Take photo widget is working fine at my end. I was able to use both cameras without any issue. Could you let us know which phone model you are using? Also, please let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages. If so, please share the web page URL so that we can take a look and test it further.
