My problem is that I am not receiving all submissions. People say that they have submitted the form (and received a confirmation), but I am not receiving them to my email. I have received 46 submissions but another 15 have registred without me getting any email. It could be even more, but these are people that told me they have registred. My email provider is one.com.

Have you tried checking your spam folder? Coming from tthe logs, it says that the notifications were successfully sent to your e-mail address.

You might also want to contact your email service provider if in case you don't find it in your spam folder.

I have the exact same issue and I have confirmed they are not going in my junk email. Actually it seems to be that I am not getting permissions from one specific user/email address, but I can receive from others.

Hello tristar. Can you provide us details on which email address you're having issues with? It would also be great if you can open a new topic and post the details of your concern there.
