How can I add a quantity option to a multiple choice section?

I am creating a catering order form and I can't figure out a way to add a quantity option to the different options within each section. Is there a table of some sort that will allow this function? I have added the form I have so far for your assistance. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, the feature that you are looking for in a Multiple Choice (checkbox) field is not available, however, there are widgets that you can use that can meet your requirement.
