Payment Problem

    Dear Elton and Group,

    I have been talking to you from my other email address (asiastoreclearance.com.my) about the problem which I have encountered while trying to make payment through my paypal account, but it seems your support is not competence enough to help me in this matter. My jotform username is asiastore and I have been writing you guys from  asiastoreclearance.com.my but your response have been very poor.

    I have tried to make payment over 3 times through my papal account. Now I received the below three emails from my paypal saying that I have already autorized payment to FastSpring but they have not processed my payment and as a result of this, I can not withdraw any money or make any further transaction with my account until FastSpring processed the order.

    Now how can you not either help the order processed or cancel the purchase so I can have free access to my personal account for other private transaction. This is not fair, you are there not doing anything while my individual account is put on hold, I have other personal transactions to do with the account but I can not do it until you and your payment company either process or cancel my order.

    Please, I want you to tell your payment company to cancel my order, I am no more interested in the purchase, I want them to cancel my order and release my account from the limitation. I even went to withdraw money with my Master Card but couldn't because of the pending transaction from your payment company, Please, I am sure Mr. Elton is not hearing my voice if not he was a nice man, he would have done something to help. Please release my account so I can continue using my account as usual. I am begging you all.

    Hello Mbaeri,

     

    I'm deeply sorry that this issue has become a huge problem and inconveinence to you. I'm sure the current staff is very busy and is working hard to get to your issue and solve the problem as quickly as possible. I also know they are currently working to expand their business and website to make it more userfriendly and customer service oriented with more staff for faster admin responses. I can't yet promise a resolve for your issue but I would like to kindly ask you for a little more patience and time on thier behalf until the issue is fully resolved and again I'm sure they are aware of your issue and time constraint. I too will do what I can to help you with this problem by passing the word along as well in hopes to get you a faster admin response.

    Please accept my apologies for all the inconveniences you've been going through. I read your emails sent to our inbox. You forwarded to us an email with the Payment confirmation made to FastSpring through Paypal.

    However, it seems your account was put on hold due to a suspected phishing activity so your IP address was also banned.

    I have whitelisted your IP address now, and have made sure your account is active. So ,please go ahead and complete the payment process through Fast Spring . Use any order reference number FS might have provided to you. And if you still need assistance, let us know.

    Like Kade has stated, we are currently working to expand our support service and elevate the standards to make it more effective for our loyal customers and users.

    Dear Jeanette,
    How are you? Thank for your last email. I have just done a little change in my JotForm, I edited the "Tittle" of my form. Unfortunately, after the change (edit), Yes the change is Ok when previewed, BUT when I try to view it on a new/different page, it now shows the previous information. Of course, I saved it after the change, yet it keep displaying the previous info. Please, is there something else I need to do to make it display or retain my present change?

    Hi Mbaeri,

    We have delay problem with some of our domains. To view your updated form, please change "form" to "www" on your form URL. Example:

    FROM:

    http://form.myjotform.com/form/111111111111

    TO:

    http://www.myjotform.com/form/111111111111

    Just do the same in your form embed codes.
