Submit button just says "please wait"

Hi, I'm almost complete with my form and while testing its function I can't submit it, it stays stuck in "please wait" mode here's the link to my form https://form.jotform.com/71923072684157. thanks!

This is happening because the payment integration is not configured correctly. I checked your form and I can see that it is not connected to Stripe and it is currently in "Test Mode".

You can configure the payment field in the payment wizard. Just click the field and then click the "Payment Settings" button.
