Hi. I set up my form to send a notification to my email, email@example.com for every submission and also a confirmation email to the submitter. So far notifications to me aren't sending and notification to submitter has only gone through once. Am I doing anything wrong? I have a premium account

Hi, To resolve the issue of not getting emails after setting notification email address, please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then do a test?
Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
