My Form is not sending notifications to my email

    Hi. I set up my form to send a notification to my email, info@visualessenceltd.com for every submission and also a confirmation email to the submitter. So far notifications to me aren't sending and notification to submitter has only gone through once. Am I doing anything wrong? I have a premium account

    Hi, To resolve the issue of not getting emails after setting notification email address, please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
