Linking to a PayPal account w/ a different email address from the email address I created the jotfrom account

I created a jotform account w/ email address X for a client with email address Y.  Can I link a PayPal submission button linked with email address Y on the form I created w/ email address X?  Or do I need to create a new JotForm account w/ email address Y in order to link to a PayPal account linked w/ email address Y?

You can use different PayPal credentials on a per form basis. This is not a problem using different PayPal account.
