Hidden Fields Not Showing in View Submission Results

Hi Jotform,

I have a form for uploading pictures and videos.

The form accepts up to 3 file uploads.

After a user user uploads one file, there is a radio button option to add another file.

When user clicks the radio button to add another file, the previous fields are hidden.

However, when the form is submitted, the files in the previous fields are not included in the form submission results.

ie, if a user uploads 3 files, only the last file will show in  the results.

How can I be sure I get all 3 files upon submission?

To my understanding, the 1st File Upload field will be hidden once the 2nd File Upload field is filled. After that, when the 3rd File Upload field is filled the 1st and 2nd File Upload will be hidden.

Keep in mind that hidden File Upload field will not show any image or video in the Submissions and it will also count as an Empty field.
