How many users are on silver and gold?

Can you assist and let me know user access and how the different tiers work? Looks like we can only currently have 3

I'm assuming you're referring to sub-users? Currently, the bronze plan will give you 3 sub-users, whereas the silver will give you 10, and the gold will give you 100.
