My survey has no submit button

    Hi, 

     

    I created a survey and got a link to share it. I wanted to test try it and, to my surprise, there is no submit button. How are people supposed to send me their answers? Thank you.

    I have cloned your form. Both your form and my cloned form worked. Here is the submit button and thank you page.
