    Upgraded to silver yearly instead of monthly by mistake

    Hey,

     

    I really like your service.  I upgraded to the $99.00 a month plan, and it ended up charging me 900$.  I was on currently on month to month and wanted to continue that way.  can you please help me.  I did read you guys have a 30 day money back guarantee.  

    Besides that,  I really do love the service and site.  I hope we can work this out and i can just continue on monthly plan at the upgrade price

    Please help, I have bounced everything with this charge

    I will request a refund for the yearly subscription.  Please note that is takes up to 5-7 business days to process these types of requests.  You will receive a full refund of $990.00 within that time frame.

    im realy sorry i really love jotform.  can i still pay the 99$ for the upgrade to keep my account going?

    The new subscription looks to be applied and I have updated your refund request to reflect that you have a new active subscription.  Your refund for the original Gold subscription should be sent in the next 5-7 business days.
