Why are the submissions sent in duplicate to each of our emails?

    Each submission that clients make are being sent to innovationscounseling@gmail.com and mellie@innovationscounseling.com in duplicate. I've been asked to "fix" that, so would love to know why it is happening.

    You can limit submission entries to one per IP address using the simple steps:

    1. Log in to your JotForm account and edit your form in you form builder

    2. Go to Setup & Embed tab

    3. Click Preferences button

    4. In the Preferences window, click Advance Settings tab

    5. Set Unique submissions to Strict Check
