Can Jotform reclassify a URL to de-classify it as a malicious site?

    Hi there,

We're running into access issues when sending our Jotform to a customer that uses CISCO web security, which blocks the URL from opening (see screenshot).

We ask them to whitelist it and received this response from their IT department:

Scanned the URL using VirusTotal and this URl shows 1 hit out of 65 has deemed it is a malicious site. This can happen if the website is being hosted on a server that may have been compromised. Until the vendor gets with the host to reclassify, there is nothing Arup can do to allow it. The site will not be whitelisted while this reputation score is in place.

Is there anything Jotform can do reclassify the URL? Any other ideas to allow access?

    Many thanks,
    Gracie

Do you happen to know the URL they scanned?  I checked our main URL and the test came back 0/65:
