Unable to view a form created by my sub-account user

I asked a subuser to create a form, but I'm not able to view it in My Forms.  

Upon inspection of both your account and the sub-account user you have, I found that they created the form in their own account, not inside the section shared with you, which explains why you are not seeing the form.
