Check list with time

I am trying to create a checklist for my form and want to have a time associated with when the check box was selected is there anything that does this ? if not what would be the best way to have a check list then to the right of it a box for where a user can input time ?

Does the time need to be a user input value? If yes, then the workaround is the add a checkbox and a time field.

Use apply show/hide condition to reveal the time field once its checkbox option is checked.
