Not Found error after submission

    After filling out the form and submitting it, we receive a not Found Error:number string. The form was actually submitted and received on the backend; however, it is confusing to the person filling out the form because they did not receive the correct confirmation. Any reason why this happening?

    This should now be fixed.  Please let us know if the issue continues and we will have a look immediately.
