How can I use an online purchasing form without using a payment method?

I created a form using an ordering template. It is finished and published, but I am unable to use it due to the fact there is no payment options. I would like to override that criteria so that I may use it without having a payment linked to the form. It is just supposed to be used as an order submission form. I got the form exactly how I want it, besides that fact. 

You would have to remove the payment integration that is there (click on the red trash icon). And then drag a purchase order integration from the payments tab onto your form.

It will automatically setup your form the same as it was with PayPal.
