My notification mails are not working, please help!

    I'm not to good at all things to do with the internet and computers but I'll have a go at explaining. I have created a form and wanted the submissions sending to my email address so I followed the steps on the User Guide and clicked on set up & embed then email alerts then created a notification and entered my email address and clicked finish. I then embedded the HTML link on my website which worked fine but when I tested the form I got a submission on my jotform forms page but didn't get an email  in my inbox or spam folder, so I sent a test email from the email alerts notification tab mentioned above and that worked fine but I'm still not getting the emails. Help anyone?

    In the notification, please change the Sender E-mail from Email Address to noreply@jotform.com and let us know if that helps. (It may also be a good idea to whitelist our JotMails IPs.)
