I cannot edit my form anymore

    Hi,

    I  use JotForm through for my Weekly site and recently paid for a 2 year subscription Bronze plan. When I go to my form now, I cannot edit it anymore, not via Weebly nor directly via your site jot form.com. It says:

    "Your account is in EU Safe mode. Please use "eu-api.jotform.com" endpoint to get your results."

    Also I would think that when you are a paid subscriber, the JotForm ad should be hidden. Please tell me how I can do that.

    Upon checking, your account (residenciasl) is currently in good status.

    I understand that you are getting this error message when you're signing in directly to our JotForm website. Please try to log in to JotForm using a different internet browser.

    If it is working on another browser, then the problem is the current browser that you're using. You might need to clear the browser cache. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
