We have customers that have to signup to our services.

We would like to pre populate the form for them to review and then sign and fill out a direct debit contract.

This form will be the same for all our customers we would like a drop down box for products and qty completed by us.  Is this possible i read some item about using session ID's

You can prepopulate your form and send your customer prepopulated URL. You can prepopulate the form with our prepopulate app: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Session ID is used to allow your users to save the form can continue later. For more details, please check this guide:

Unfortunately it is not possible to setup a direct debit for your customers.

However, using a payment integration (PayPal, Stripe, etc) you can setup a subscription that will bill your customer weekly/monthly/yearly as you like.

I have created a demo for you to view/clone:

https://form.jotformpro.com/71935014677966 (1st Form) Click here to begin!

    https://form.jotformpro.com/71934850777974 (2nd Form)

First you specify a target customer, you enter their name and email address in 1st form.

Then the customer receives an email request to signup for a recurring payment on the 2nd form.

At the same time you can go ahead and fill the form out for the customer.

The 2nd form saves its state at each page break.

Then the customer can sign and preview the order once they respond to the email request.

Once they press submit the transaction will complete.
