Can I purchase a template for creating a form that becomes mine to use?

Can I purchase a template for creating a form that becomes mine to use or do the forms stay your property and I have an ongoing payment plan

The forms that you create, or clone from a template, stay within your account and they are your own property.

You will need a JotForm account to be able to use the forms. Our free plan is limited to 100 monthly form submissions (entries). If you need more, you may consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.
