PDF report: How to hide/show text fields on PDF output of a form based on conditions?

I am also interested in this feature. I put in headers/texts that are reminders or notes for the person completing the form, but don't really make sense in the pdf.

I am escalating this as a feature request and we will be notified by our developers of any progress via this thread.
