As a test I filled out the form and submitted it. Originally sent to the email address I registered with. However I changed the email address, the submitted form is not being sent to the new email address. What do I do to correct this?

According to the account email history, there are no failed messages. Please check a Spam folder to see if the message(s) ended up there.
