    subscripton renewal needs to be reversed

    I checked your account and was unable to find a recent subscription payment.  I do see a recent subscription for the eric187 account that matches your description.  If that is the correct account, please make the same request from that account and we can definitely refund the charges and cancel the subscription.

    Awaiting a reply back to my response on this from a few weeks ago.
    Yes, that is the account. It was for $90. Can you kindly refund that back to the credit card that was used/on file?

    Yes, I am trying to get a response from somebody in support, but have been unsuccessful over the last 2 weeks.     Thanks in advance. 


    We still would like to utilize Jotform, but I am not longer the vendor.   Since I became the client, there is no way for me to bill back my own company, so the vendor must keep the subscription/costs and bill it back via an invoice.


    Can you keep the $90/year grandfather rate under the same account active.   I can supply you with the new credit card information that it should be billed under.  I just had to take it off of my personal credit card (which I saw was just credited …. Thank you).


    Please let me know and I can get that credit card information back over to you to re-instate the account with the proper credit card.   We don’t use a great deal of form/submissions per month, but your product has seemed to work for us over the last 2 years.  If we cannot reinstate the account, I would have to unfortunately look at competitor alternatives.
