Can you verify my payment has gone through?

    I needed to update the credit card and did so this morning. I cannot find anything online to show the payment has now gone through.

    I can see your account is already scheduled to downgrade due to failed payment, the downgrade will happen on July 15, 2017.

    Unfortunately, you will need to upgrade your account once your current subscription ends. Please, make sure to use the updated credit card once you purchase the new subscription.
