SalesForce integration not working

    Hello Jotform Support,

    Unfortunately, I've had this same issue.  Once I login to do the integration on form May 11 2017 Sales Lead - with Salesforce; there are several fields that don't show up in the integration that should.  I've been able to integrate these fields before, and all of a sudden they won't show up.  I need to get this fixed ASAP, this is a production down issue.

    Are you missing some custom SalesForce fields when you open the integration in edit mode?

    Could you please try to remove the integration, and then redo it from the scratch to see if that makes any difference?
