Why am I suspended?

    Can you please unsuspend me long enough for me to gather my old form data that is stored in your database? I have been using this form for my web design business, and you have suspended me without any notice and without any access to my own records.

    Hello Lakshmi,

    Upon checking your account, I found out that it was suspended due to your form asking for social networking user account login information. This is highly prohibited here in Jotform as indicated on our terms of use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/). We can reactivate your account provided that we remove the fields in your form asking for passwords.

    The issue is already is been addressed on your other thread and the account has been activated. Please remove the guilty fields from the forms immediately to avoid any further suspensions on the account.
