Image files are not copying across to google drive upon form submission

Image files with a hash (#) or an ampersand (&) don't appear to synchronise with google drive. Are there any restrictions on what can be copied?

The form is closed but I would like to solve this for the next form that has file submission.

I have tested two files one with # and the other with & signs in the file names to send them to Google Drive using a test form. I see that the files are uploaded without any issue at my end.

Could you provide us the exact file name used to upload the to your JotForm which was failed to upload to Google Drive? This would help us in replicating the issue at our end and provide you with necessary assistance.
