    Hello,

I am working to set up multiple donation amounts on my form (i.e., $50, $100, $250, $500, and also a custom amount). I am trying to follow the above tutorial; however, since we are integrated with Stripe, I'm not seeing that you can change any of the product descriptions. Am I missing something? Thank you!

I checked one of your forms and it seems that you're gearing your form towards picking up the value from the radio button to your payment gateway field. If so, please check this guide instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

If you need assistance, please let us know.

    Hi Liyam,

I just tried to complete this step and it didn't have a pop-up and there was nothing other than manual listed underneath the "Get Price From". Am I in the right area?

    Thank you,

    Erin

    I have it working here:

    https://form.jotformpro.com/71943772577975

You need to add a "form calculation widget". From the widgets tab on the left, drag it onto your form. And label it as "Total".

Then you add a condition to capture the prices in your form calculation widget.

Select the calculation widget and click on the wizard (the magic wand icon). Click on "Add Field" and then select your Donation Amount field.

Then you pass the value of the calcluation widget (that we labeled Total) to your Stripe payment integration

Finally, you can mark the calcluation widget as hidden. It will continue to work in the background.

    Hello Aubrey,

Thank you so much! This is VERY helpful...not just with the form you created, but also for the future.

Have a great weekend and thanks again,

    Erin

    Hi again,

My apologies...I just tried to send myself the form and test it. When putting in my credit card information I received an error message on the Expiration Month drop down. There are not options for numeric values on this form. Is this something that can be updated? Thank you!

This field can only contain numeric values

Considering your new concern is a different topic, I have moved it to a new thread.

    Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1199440

We will be right on that thread shortly.
