How can I delete or replace a JotForm on my Facebook?

    I have an old jot form on our facebook contact page, that I want to change to a new one. The old one was not created by me, but the new yes.

    The automatic version doesn't see the page where I want to post the new form. How can I make this change directly from the page where I am loged in to and where I am an administrator?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I cannot access the page you shared. 

    However, if a JotForm form is added on a Facebook page using the JotForm Tab, here's how you can remove it:

    First, open your Facebook page, then click the "Settings" at the menu bar. Check if there's a JotForm application in your "Partner Apps and Services". If none, then click the "Edit Page" tab and find the tab that is associated with JotForm, it is named by default as "Contact Us" tab, this of course depends on the name of the tab you are using.

    Now in the tab, click the "Settings" button, you should see additional options like the "Edit Settings" link, it will show a pop-up window like the screenshot below, there you can see that you can remove the JotForm tab.

    Note: If clicking the "remove" link doesn't show any response, just click it again and click the "Okay" button. Refresh the page and see if the tab is still there. 

     

    After that, you can now add a new form as a tab in your Facebook page. Simply log in to your JotForm account, select the form you want to embed to your Facebook page and open it in your form editor, navigate to Publish->Platforms, then choose "Facebook" on the list. From there follow the instructions.
