Cannot edit form or forward submissions

    My form is not forwarding submissions to the specified email address, so I tried to edit it and nothing comes up in the Form Builder -- it's essentially blank.  I do see the form on my site and it's sending submissions to my JotForm account, but I need them to forward to my client.

    Help!

     

    PS, just realized I can see the submissions on JotForm but can't seem to access them or fwd.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello sarahcee,

    Is it possible for you to create a new form by cloning the form and then embedding the new form to the webpage?

    You can also edit your email alert settings by:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Click Setup & Embed tab
    3. Click Email Alerts
    4. Select Notification
    5. Click the Reply-To and Recipient settings button on the lower part of the window
    6. Edit the recipient email address on the lower right
    7. Click Finish
    8. Save your form.
