I don't received files in my dropbox

    It submits a blank form. I need this info, can you please look into it and see if the data is still there?

    Hi. All the settings are correct? Did you also check this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm ?

    Hi Mollie,

    I just checked all your forms and it was created under a "guest account", meaning you are not logged in when you created this forms. 

    Please be informed that guest accounts rely on browser cookies, and the moment something happened to these cookies (cleared, crash, etc), you will lose access to your forms and its data.

    The only way to restore access to the form and the submission data is to register an account using the same email address used in the form's email alerts [mokedophoto@gmail.com]. This way, all forms from your guest account will be carried over to your registered account after the regisration. Please create an account now so you can manage your forms easily. If you run into any problems, please let us know. Thanks!
