Why I'm not able to purchase a theme?

I am trying to buy this them (see file) but paypal says that it is unavailable. Is there any other way I can purchase this?

I tried to purchase the same theme and I was properly redirected to PayPal:

Is everything ok with your PayPal account?

If the issue persists could you please try doing so from the Incognito browsing, here is how:

Open Chrome. At the top right, click More   New Incognito Window. A new window will open. In the top corner, check for the gray Incognito icon .

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
