In recent weeks I have had a growing number of customers who are unable to submit our form.
The form has worked flawlessly with over 1500 submissions in the last year but recently customers have been getting 'Please Wait' when they hit the submit button and the form fails to transmit.
This does not happen to everybody so I am not able to determine the scenario in which it happens but since we have not changed the form for over a year I can only assume it is something to do with the form itself or its compatibility with a browser?

Any guidance would be greatly received as this is becoming extremely irritating.

I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit it without any issue at my end.
I used Google Chrome v 59.0.3071.115 on a Windows 10. Were you able to submit the form at your end? Could you find if it is an issue with any specific browser/OS from your users?
