Lightbox Code Not Working on Shopify Page

    Hello there,

    I'd like to embed my form in the lightbox format on my Shopify website. I pasted the code that I got on Jotform to the source code of the page but the page wouldn't load after. 

    Could you advise on how to incorporate the lightbox on Shopify? Is there something different I need to do since I'm using Shopify platform?

    I checked on your website and I can see your lightbox form load.
